Vanguard set-up (Useful in Pelargir, mostly for dps classes who can build pips fast):

Officer set-up (Useful for everyone, re-spec officer then switch to engineer to move barricades and set traps):

Traps set-up (Useful for everyone use throughout battle to set traps):

Catapult set-up (Useful in the 12 man, only for the two people manning the catapults tho):

 

All of these require that you have maximum points to spend, which I realize is not easy to do, and of course they are only suggestions :)
