It's Festival time !  So don't forget those Ale Association runs or Inn League runs !

Each Festival Area also has the Dance Leaders (for Race Dances) and two Quest Givers that will get you two more Tokens each :

There are Festival Deeds as well ! Completing these will give you Titles and open more Cosmetics from the Festival Vendors.

• Complete 20 Quests in Winterhome
• Complete 60 Quests in Winterhome
• Complete 120 Quests in Winterhome
• Title - Gatherer of Cool Company - Build all Snowmen
• 
• Title - Snow-Beast - Complete Easy and Hard SnowBall Fights

To get to Winterhome speak with the Festival Announcer (Near the Stable Master) in :

• Shire (Michel Delving)
• Thorin's Gate
• Celondim
• Bree Town

You should also recieve a free 'Map to' as part of the Festival time pop up Quest as well as the Daily (for a present and 2 Tokens)

Once there speak with Guard Kember just inside town. He will start a Quest Chain that will give you meeting with the

Mayor and his Wife

a tour of town and open the Festival Quests :
